Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-ORA-41830-R5]), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Anaheim Real Estate Partners, LLC, as represented by Brian Myers.
The Project is limited to the widening of Phoenix Club Drive from a two-lane road into a four-lane road through the partial filling of Ball Road Basin. In order to widen Phoenix Club Drive, the western banks of Ball Road Basin will be graded and filled for approximately 600 feet from the southern end of the basin northward and parallel to the existing Phoenix Club Drive. An existing 42-inch storm drain pipe and outlet within the existing western slope of Ball Road Basin will be extended consistent with the grading. Two new north-south lanes will be added to the road to create a total four-lane divided roadway and expand the total right of way to a width of 100 feet. Heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, scrapers, dump trucks, and water trucks will be utilized for this Project. Equipment will be staged and access will occur from the existing Phoenix Club Drive. The stretch of Phoenix Club Drive between East Ball Road and the parking lot of Ball Road Basin will be closed during construction.
