The proposed project is a request for a Tentative Tract Map and Conditional Use Permit for the construction of 21 single-family, detached condominiums and for an Oak Tree Permit to allow for the removal of one coast live oak tree with a trunk diameter of approximately 10 inches. Each 2-story condominium will be approximately 2,300 SF with four bedrooms and an attached two-car garage. Twelve guest parking spaces will be provided on-site. One interior private driveway/fire lane will be constructed with a single point of ingress/egress onto The Old Road. One 4,900 SF private parking is proposed on-site and will be maintained by a home owners' association. The proposed project will require approximately 15,000 cubic yards of grading that will be balanced on-site.
