Document Description
It is the intent of the applicant to expand the existing binary power plant by adding an additional 7-10 MW Ormat Energy Converter (OEC) and related equipment for parasitic loads to the northeast of the existing plant using isopentane and vapor recovery system and adding a new three cell cooling tower in order to increase the output available for sale to Southern California Edison. Construction of the proposed expansion facilities will require approximately six to twelve weeks with an estimated 50 to 60 workers.
