Document Description
Install a new 750 gallon capacity grease interceptor with connections to an existing outflow line from the Bayside Cafe located in Morro Bay State Park. Grease has flowed past the existing, undersized grease trap, entered the sewage system and destroyed pumps in the sewer lift station. A four foot by four foot deep hole will be excavated to accommodate the grease interceptor.
