Document Description
The Outlet Tower has 26 outlet valves to control the release of water from Lake Skinner. Existing hydraulic line leaks have currectly rendered one column of tower outlet valves inoperable. Metropolitan proposes to procure and replace these leaking oil pipes and faulty spool valves at the Outlet Tower is located at Lake Skinner in Winchester, Riverside County, California. The proposed Project is expected to commence in mid-December 2004.
