Document Description
Repair the two turbine runners at the Foothill Hydroelectric Plant, a 7.7-megawatt power generation plant. Metropolitan also proposes to repair several segments of distressed piping along the Calabasas Feeder, a 54-inch diameter pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipeline that was installed in 1975. IIn addition, Metropolitan proposes to repair portions of the concrete liner within the San Diego Canal.
