The SBVMWD plans to construct a 35 foot by 21 foot concrete box in order to improve existing facilities. It will allow connections into existing water pipelines, split the water, and deliver it to the public for consumption. Construction is planned to begin in January 2005 and will take 4 months to complete. The project location is situated on disturbed, vacant land.
