Document Description
Replace the existing overcrossing at South Avenue, and Interstate 5 located near Corning, in Tehama County. The current overcrossing will be replaced with a new three-lane overcrossing north of the existing structure and the on and off ramps will be reconfigured to better handle traffic loads and the reconfigured overcrossing.
