Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) Permit to East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) and its contractors for access into and through Cowell Ranch (a State Park property), for the purposed of improving the Equestrian Staging Area in the EBRPD Round Valley Regional Preserve. The ROE will be in effect for a period of one year, starting November 15, 2004, and ending November 15, 2005, and may be reasonably extended by written mutual agreement.
