The design flow for the treatment facility is 135 gpm, with a maximum capacity of 150 gpm. The Board order will allow PG&E to dispose of the treatment groundwater by reusing all or part of the treated groundwater as make up water to the cooling tower at the compressor station and allow direct disposal of reverse osmosis concentrate to the lined ponds.
