Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed and banks by removing invasive species consisting of, but not limited to, Arundo, tree tobacco, pepper tree, Mexican fan palm, tamarisk, cocklebur a 1.31 acre area of an Unnamed Drainage, tributary to San Juan Creek; located adjacent to the proposed Belladonna Estates Development Project. In addition to the removal of invasive species, the project involves the removal of an existing 6- to 8-inch berm along the western boundary of the stream channel and the removal debris/trash within the channel.
