The proposed project will remodel approximately 7,791 GSF of the first floor of the Cypress Building at the UC Davis Medical Center campus in Sacramento. Remodel work activities includes: minimal wall demolition, application of new wall finishes, flooring replacement, and minor changes to the plumbing (sink relocations), mechanical (ductwork/registers), electrical systems (lighting), and replacement/upgrade of the fire alarm system throughout the building.
