Document Description
The Stanislaus Local Agency Formation Commission has prepared a Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence (SOI) Updates for the above listed Districts. The Districts are legally authorized to provide ambulance and/or health care services, and as special districts, they are required to have an adopted and updated SOI. The Cortese-Knox Hertzberg Act of 2000 calls for a Service Review to be completed prior to or concurrent with the SOI Update. This Service Review evaluates the public services provided by both Districts and provides the information base for updating each of the District's Spheres of Influence. It is recommended that the SOI boundary for both Districts remain unchanged.
