The proposed project is a Revised Notice of Preparation that would allow redevelopment of two sites totaling 12.2 acres in the City of Palo Alto. The proposed Comprehensive Plan amendment would change the land use designation from Light Industrial to Mixed Use. In addition to the Comprehensive Plan amendment, the project includes a specific development proposal by BUILD LLC for approximately 226 housing units (160 market rate condominium units and 66 below market rate rental units for low and very low income seniors), totaling approximately 314,000 sf, within the four acre BUILD Site.
