The Gold Flake project would subdivide three existing parcels into two approximately 1 acre parcels each, for a total of six parcels. The total project site is 7.8 acres. Additionally, the project would include the construction of nine industrial buildings totaling 60,000 SF. Two buildings would be located on parcels A, B, and D. One building will be located on parcels C, E, and F.
