Document Description
The project is limited to the following activities located on Soquel Creek removal of 1,500-2,000 cy of rock from above the 5-yr water surface elevation along 1,500 linear ft of stream to create new flood terraces, stabilization of the toe of an active landslide, installation of rock barbs and large woody debris, creation of inset flood terraces and creation of at least one high flow secondary channel to reconnect the channel with a portion of its floodplain. CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0174-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Chris Coburn, Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County.
