Document Description
The proposed project consists of Contra Costa County's proposed "Stormwater Management and Discharge Control Ordinance." The proposed ordinance would replace the County's existing ordinance and is proposed in order to comply with the C.3 provisions set forth by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board in the County's National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit No. R2-2003-0022. The proposed ordinance would require Contra Costa County to impose new, more stringent requirements to control runoff from development projects.
