Approval of a Removal Action Workplan for Site 11, a refuse and disposal site used from the late 1960's to 1982, located at the closed and inactive NASA Crows Landing Flight Facility, Crows Landing, California. The removal action will involve the excavation and transportation of approximately 6,020 CY of hazardous and non-hazardous debris, including office trash (such as paper), kitchen waste, scrap metal, and empty paint and pesticide containers, as well as potential OE materials.
