The site includes an existing treatment and control building formerly used by the Town as the wastewater treatment facility that now operates only as a sewer lift station to the Joint Treatment Plan providing wastewater treatment service to the Town and California Veteran's Home. The project area is currently designated Community and Civic Facilities under the Town of Yountville General Plan.
Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a municipal well and associated piping and water treatment facilities to provide auxiliary water supply during drought conditions or emergency situations. The municipal well was identified within the Water Supply Plan Update prepared by West Yost & Associates, and approved by Town Council in September 2004.
