Document Description
Caltrans proposes to widen the shoulders of SR 116 to standard widths between Adobe Road and Arnold Drive, and improve some nonstandard curves. The radius of horizontal curves will be increased at least to the standard for this type of facility. A portion of the existing roadway will be realigned to avoid an environmentally sensitive area.
