Document Description
The project involves an amendment to the approved 2016 specific plan for the Henry mayo Newhall hospital and a second amendment to the 2008 Master Plan and Development Agreement for the HMNH. The revisions would allow for the development of up to 20,000 square feet of building area for a new Diagnostic and Treatment Building, a new Inpatient Building, and up to 292 new parking spaces to be added to an existing parking facility (PS-4) through the additional of three aboveground levels to the existing structure. With the proposed amendments, the total buildout capacity of hospital and medical office space within the Master Plan and Specific Plan area would increase from 698,000 sq. ft. to 898,000 sq., ft.
