YWCA Garnet Housing Facility: Conditional Use Permit, Site Development Permit and Sewer Easement Abandonment (Process 5) to demolish two existing buildings and construct a 14-dwelling units transitional housing facility and a 1,560 SF administration building on a 0.62-acre site located at 2550 Garnet Avenue. Seven parking spaces would be constructed on-site. Demolition of all existing structures and associated pavement would be required. The project site lies within the RS-1-7 Zone, Coastal Height Limit Overlay Zone, and within the Pacific Beach Community Plan area. The site is not included on any Government Code Listing of hazardous waste sites.
