The reorganization proposal is an annexation to the City of San Bernardino for the provision of municipal-level services. The reorganization also includes detachments from the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District and its Valley Service Zone, and County Service Area 70. The project area has been expanded to include two additional parcels and a portion of the CALTRANS Right-of-Way Area along SR 18.
