Document Description
The project proposes a maximum of 354 single-family residential units on lots ranging from 0.5 acre to 1.6 acres. The Project also proposes a 5.3-acre Recreation Facility , a system of multi-use trails, community serving uses, and a Wastewater Treatment Plant. The proposed project would construct on- and off-site segments of the proposed Street "A" which would form the primary backbone roadway of the Specific Plan.
