Document Description
- Installation of a concrete median barrier along portions of the highway, with standard widths provided for the median, traveled way, outside shoulder, and clear recovery zone. This would require minor roadway widening.
- Intersection improvements at Bolsa Road, Shore Road, Hudner Lane, Flynn Road, Briggs Road (east and west), and Wright Road, including left-turn channelization, acceleration/deceleration lanes, improved sight distance, and accommodation of truck turns. The southern entrance to Briggs Road (east) would be closed.
- Consolidation of private driveways to connect to local street intersections.
