Document Description
In April 2015, the Final EIR/EIS and Final Section 4(f) Evaluation for the MCP Project was recorded. In July 2018, an Addendum to the EIR/EIS was prepared and proved regarding some minor modifications to the MCP. In January 2019, minor design refinements to the MCP have been proposed regarding the I-215 Placentia Interchange, including slightly adjusted ramps alignments, designation of bike lanes, rerouting of a sewer line, replacement of an existing culvert, addition of new drainage basins, addition of new traffic signals, and acquisition of additional right-of-way. These changes were analyzed in a second Addendum to the EIR/EIS
