Document Description
The project involves the division of a 14.77-acre (gross) parcel into nine lots, ranging in net size from 0.94 acre to 5.59 acres, for future residential development. Infrastructure improvements related to the subdivision are proposed, including a new public road, curb, gutter, sidewalk, public drainage system and utilities, residential street lights, and fire hydrants. Although development of the newly created lots is not proposed at this time, the potential environmental impacts related to that development are included in this study, and building envelopes would be established for each lot.
