The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is issuing Amendment No. 1 to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2013-0059-R4 to the Permittee, Southern California Gas Company. The Project includes installation of a utility pipeline under three (3) streams. Amendment No. 1 includes changing the method of installation for the Ward Drainage Canal from open trench to horizontal directional drilling.
