The Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District proposes to annex ~8,656 acres of land in the City of Beaumont and unincorporated Riverside County. The District is applying for annexation on behalf of various developers and property owners who have requested water service. The purpose of the project is to increase the annexation area of the District to reflect the District's current and projected service area. Annexation would enable the District to extend its service area to provide water in accordance with its Plan of Services.
