NOTE: Document is a Notice of Preparation for a Subsequent EIR. The current development proposal involves the conversion of a number of existing buildings from the previous institutional use to commercial uses as well as the construction of a number of new commercial buildings. The total floor area of the commercial center will be 109,000 square feet. The five existing buildings that will undergo conversion have a total floor area of 33,425 square feet. The total floor area of the new construction will be 75,575 square feet.
