Document Description
The proposed project is a 1,686,760 SF cross-dock warehouse / distribution facility with two 60 foot wide access points along each of the four rights-of-way that surround the property. The developer will pave the entire length of Dawes Street, Redlands Avenue, and Morgan Street abutting the project (Perris Boulevard is already paved). All the streets surrounding the project will be improved as half-widths, plus ten feet. The facility will be tilt-up building, and the project includes improvements to landscaping, infrastructure, and utilities.
