The Proposed Project consists of an approximate 14.3 acre commercial shopping center and related traffic improvements. The commercial site when completed will consist of a Target store as the major tenant, as well as five smaller outlying commercial pads and associated parking. More than 800 parking spaces would be placed on the property to serve the anchor facility, restaurants, stores, and gas station. the total land area for structures, parking, and landscaping would be approximately 14.3 acres.
