Document Description
The project will house approximately 800 students and six housing staff in 400 proposed apartments. Each building will consist of four levels atop a basement or carport level. In addition to the residential units, the proposed development will include a residential services building, a perimeter service road, internal open spaces, and a six-level parking structure. The approximately 8.5-acre project site is located on the East Campus of UCSD, in an area designated for Housing by the UCSD 2004 Long Range Development Plan. The project site is immediately west of the existing Mesa Housing complex and east of Interstate 5.
