Document Description
The project proposes to construct 30 single-family attached units and 39 single-family detached homes, for a total of 69 units on a 10-acre project site. The project includes 12 affordable housing units to be sold to eligible low-income households. The project also includes two private recreational areas, internal and external landscaping, and street improvements along Ashbury Street, Hygeia Avenue, North Vulcan Avenue. Access to the site would be via North Vulcan Avenue.
