The City of Burbank intends to amend and update the Land Use and Circulation elements of its General Plan to better reflect the community's core values of maintaining a small town character and a balance between residential, commercial and industrial uses. The City would also implement the amended elements through subsequent amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance, and related land use and transportation policies.
