Document Description
The project consists of grading associated with a 24'-wide private access drive, approximately 1.6 miles in length. The proposed access road would serve 14 legal parcels (legally created in 1894 as established by Certificates of Compliance), and would facilitate development of twelve of the currently vacant parcels on the project site with single family dwellings and accompanying accessory structures and uses.
