This site is not on the Hazardous Waste and Substances Sites list pursuant to Government Code 65962.5. The interim removal measures will not cause potential for significant effects on the environment because: 1. The facility is located in an Industrial park and scheduled to undergo total demolition and renovation. There are no residential areas or sensitive receptors identified in the vicinity of the site. There are no known biological or cultural resources in the vicinity of the site. 2. Monitoring of particulate air emissions will be conducted during the excavation as described above. 3. Truck traffic will be limited to 15 trucks per day and will follow industrial corridors and the most direct route to the 710 freeway without impacting any residential areas or sensitive receptors. 4.
