Document Description
The Youth and Adult Correctional Agency proposes to lease office space to relocate the Office of the Agency Secretary to 801 K Street, on the 11th and 23rd floors. The previously existing lease space is approximately 10,000 SF in size, and is currently unoccupied. The leased space will provide office space for 21 Agency employees, parking spaces for two State vehicles, and will serve approximately 40 to 50 visitors/clients weekly. Local transit service is available within 0.25 mile. No special tenant improvements are required, and there shall be no on-site storage of chemicals or hazadous materials.
