Document Description
The East Los Angeles College (ELAC) Facilities Master Plan was prepared for the purpose of meeting the increasing demand for classroom space and facilities, improving the aesthetic character of ELAC, and handling safety issues. The Master Plan is designed to allow for development of the facilities, which would permit a capacity of 25,000 students, an increase of approximately 45% of the current enrollment of 17,197 students.
