Conduct routine maintenance activities that are subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1602 in City creeks and streams in the City of Oakland, Alameda County. Routine maintenance shall be defined as those periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of the creek and maintain the structural and functioning interity of the exisitng flood control structures on or affecting the creek.
