The project will repair an existing 4-inch diameter gas line crossing of an unnamed tributary to Humboldt Bay by installing a grout filled mattress across the gas line to extend the existing concrete lined channel. There will be no expansion of use as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
