The project proposes to dredge approximately 3,500 cubic yards of sediment from a private pond. The spoil will be deposited in a spoil area authorized by all applicable state and federal regulatory agencies. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
