The project proposes to install a 10 foot wide, 70 foot long steel I-beam bridge across Scott Mountain Creek to provide service access to a hiker's cabin to be located near the Pacific Crest Trail. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
