The project goal is to restore and enhance fish habitat. The project is small in scale (less than 5 acres) and limited to placement of 200 cubic yards of gravel above water on river bank. Gravel will be washed prior to placement. This exemption does not apply to operations of the existing power facilities or associated FERC license.
