Replace corroded 1.5" galvanized water pipe and extend subsurface waterpipe line ~220 feet so existing horse troughs can be filled and existing fenced pasture irrigated without having to pump water from a more remote source. Archaeological monitoring is required as a condition of approval. Project supports park operations and will save energy.
