Document Description
Construction of a stormwater wetland to treat stormwater drainage from the central area of McKinleyville. The funding is from the Prop 13 non-point source pollution funds. The intent to reduce pollutants in stormwater from being deposited into the Mad River Estuary, a sensitive acquatic habitat for anandromous fisheries. The 8 acre project site is on a larger 58 acre parcel that is public facility use for recreation.
