Document Description
The CA DTSC has approved an Explanation of Significant Differences for Parcels B1 and B2 of the Vista Montana Park project. Parcels B1 and B2 will hereafter be referred to as the "Site". The purpose of the project is to modify the Site's previously approved remedy, from consolidation of ~22,060 cubic yards of contaminated soils from the Site and Parcel C of the Vista Montana Park project, importation of clean soils to raise the Site grade, and the construction of a multi-family residential development; to soil excavation and off-Site disposal of ~43,200 cubic yards (cy) of soil contaminated with lead, arsenic, and DDT, and construction of a multi-family residential development that will incorporate a subterranean parking lot.
