Document Description
This is a water right application to appropriate additional water for purposes of power generation by the Oakdale and South San Joaquin Irrigation Districts at their existing Donnells facilities on the Middle Fork of the Stanislaus River. The Districts' Donnells facilities are part of the Tri-Dam Hydroelectric Project. This application is based upon upgrades to the existing Donnells Powerhouse, and does not involve construction, alteration, or expansion of the existing dam, power tunnel and/or penstock.
