Document Description
The project proposes an affordable senior housing development that would consist of 83 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom manager's unit. No activities currently exist on the site; however, existing structures on the site include one vacant single-family residence and multiple buildings and greenhouses associated with past commercial nursery activites. All existing structures would be demolished to accommodate the new three-story residential structure and related parking, driveway and usable open space areas.
