Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of a new Santa Clara County Valley Health Center (VHC) at the corner of South Fair Oaks Avenue and Garland Avenue in the City of Sunnyvale. The proposed new VHC would consist of an approximate 44,000 square-foot three-story building, with on-site surface parking lot for approximately 218 spaces. The proposed new VHC would replace the existing 16,000 square foot VHC that currently partially occupies the project site.
